About Esolion™
Esolion™ is the direct Sales Channel of Solvay Chemicals International (SCI). Esolion™ allows the online purchase of Caustic Soda, Hydrochloric Acid and Sodium Hypochlorite under well defined rules and at competitive prices.
Registration
After SCI has accepted the registration, customers will receive their username and password and can access the online purchasing tool.
Order entry
The maximum acceptable delivery distance of Esolion™ products is 350 km from our sourcing plant. There is a minimum 3 and maximum 30 days for delivery of Esolion™ products from order entry.
Order changes and/or cancellations are possible under precise conditions and may incur extra charges for the customer.
Pricing policy The price of Esolion™ products are CIP to your premises (Incoterms 2000), V.A.T. exclusive, and will be updated the 10th of each month according to the market conditions.
The price on an order is the price at the time of order entry.
Delivery
Subject to availability, Esolion™ products are delivered from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) between 6.00 a.m. 6.00 p.m.
Esolion™ guarantees that the product will meet the specifications set forth in the technical data sheet available online on Esolion™ website.
Invoicing method and payment terms
Esolion™ products are invoiced by legal electronic means (“e-Billing”) and payable by bank transfer at 30 days net from invoice date.
Communications
Esolion™.com is designed to provide a streamlined approach for customers. Dialogue will be primarily via e-mail.
Miscellanous
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Solvay Chemicals International apply for all deliveries of Esolion™ products;
Detailed business rules, product specifications and SCI General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change and it is the sole responsibility of customers to be informed of the rules and policies in force and published on the site on the date of order registration.
SCI does not offer technical services or samples for Esolion™ products

As Esolion™ is a sales channel of Solvay Chemicals International, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Solvay chemicals International are applicable to all deliveries done through Esolion™.
